Host a breakfast, lunch or dinner to benefit TEST. Let’s say you host a spaghetti dinner for which the food costs $3.00 per person and you charge $10.00 per person admission. The $7.00 difference is a tax-deductible donation. Dinners may be hosted to benefit one particular needy transit worker or family, or the proceeds can be divided among a group of recipients in need. Members of committees already in place supporting transit workers at the various TriMet garages can direct distribution.
